Role Overview
EMCOR Group, Inc. seeks a Service Now Administrator who will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and enhancement of the Service Now platform. This role ensures platform stability, supports ITSM processes, and enables automation through advanced configuration and scripting.
What You Will Do- Configure and support core ITSM modules
- Develop and maintain platform functionality
- Design and implement automation
- Configure and manage Access Control Lists
- Build and customize Employee Service Center Portal components
- Support and maintain integrations
At least 5 years of hands‑on experience administering the Service Now platform, Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA), and additional Service Now certifications are required. Strong proficiency in JavaScript within Service Now and experience supporting integrations and automation initiatives are also necessary.
Requirements- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience administering the Service Now platform
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Additional Service Now certifications (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
- Experience supporting integrations and automation initiatives
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript within Service Now
- Solid understanding of ITIL fundamentals and ITSM best practices
- Experience with Service Now modules beyond ITSM such as ITAM and/or BCM
