• Develop an in‑depth expertise in product operation, applications, and customer processes.
• Collaborate with critical customers to ensure KLA products are adopted and applied to their unique problems.
• Support pre‑sale activities that include product demos, product presentations, development of technical papers, and support at trade shows.
• Support post‑sale activities that include customer training, customer support, understanding customer processes, and development of new use cases.
• Support internal customers such as service, engineering, and operations.

• Master's Level Degree or Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or related field.
• Background in IC processing or semiconductor equipment is desirable, but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform complex data/image analysis using data‑analysis tools.
• Teamwork is critical; a good balance between technical skills and people skills is a must.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Frequent presentation of results to internal and external customers.
• Minimum:
  Master’s Level Degree and 0 years related work experience;
  Bachelor’s Level Degree and 2 years related experience.

$83,100.00 – $ annually.
