Job Title:
Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Functional
Responsibilities:
- Lead business requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Quality, and Operations teams.
- Act as the functional SME for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules including Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, WIP, Quality, MES, and ASCP.
- Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend Oracle Fusion best-practice solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, and solution designs.
- Configure Oracle Fusion applications and coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, reports, and data conversions.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, Conference Room Pilots (CRP), Proof of Concepts (POC), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications.
- Work closely with business leadership to define strategic roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor production issues, troubleshoot functional problems, and coordinate with Oracle Support for issue resolution.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities for business users and support teams.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives through automation, digitalization, and adoption of Oracle Fusion capabilities.
- Create and maintain functional design documents, test scripts, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities during implementation and upgrade projects.
- Participate in release planning, change management, and enhancement prioritization activities.
- Provide project leadership, mentor junior analysts, and ensure successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain initiatives.
- Collaborate with PMO, business stakeholders, and technical teams to manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, audit requirements, and industry best practices within the Oracle ERP landscape.
- Utilize SQL/PLSQL knowledge to validate data, analyze issues, and support reporting requirements.
- Partner with business teams to maximize ROI from Oracle Fusion investments and drive enterprise-wide process standardization.
