We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to build and optimize automated marketing workflows for healthcare clients. You'll create sophisticated campaigns that nurture leads and increase patient conversions.
Responsibilities- • Build and manage marketing automation workflows in Hub Spot, Active Campaign, or similar
- • Create automated lead nurture sequences for different patient journeys
- • Set up and manage CRM integrations and data flows
- • Implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies
- • Create SMS and email automation for appointment reminders and follow-ups
- • Build automated reporting and dashboards for clients
- • Optimize automation workflows based on performance data
- • Implement tracking pixels and conversion tracking across platforms
- • Create forms, landing pages, and lead capture mechanisms
- • Train clients on marketing automation best practices
- • Ensure HIPAA compliance in all automated communications
- • 2+ years of marketing automation experience
- • Proficiency in Hub Spot, Active Campaign, Marketo, or similar platforms
- • Understanding of CRM systems and data management
- • Experience with API integrations and webhooks
- • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for template customization
- • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
- • Experience with lead scoring and segmentation strategies
- • Understanding of the customer journey and lifecycle marketing
- • Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools
- • Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy
- • Access to cutting-edge marketing technology
