Job Title: Service Now QA Engineer (CSM)
Location: US Based (Remote within US)
Engagement: Full-time Contract – Start early/mid October
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and manage test cases and test plans for Service Now CSM solutions.
- Validate migrated functionality from custom applications into CSM capabilities.
- Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution, ensuring quality outcomes.
- Support automated testing where applicable to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and client team members to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer on Service Now projects, ideally with CSM focus.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (manual and automated).
- Ability to work in an agile Scrum environment and integrate across distributed teams.
- Consulting mindset with strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Must be US based.
