Enlisted Senior Trainer Security Clearance

Position Overview

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Enlisted Senior Trainer to support our program at Gowen Field, Idaho. CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to the defense and federal sector for nearly 50 years. This position is contingent upon contract award.

• Conduct doctrinal staff training on all Army WfFs, educating the command group and staff on mission command art and science, and directly supporting staff exercises in a trainer role.
• Ensure training requests adhere to the overall strategic plan and vision outlined by the unit commander for any given training year.
• Track all approved events and inform the commander or staff of any changes or updates to the training event.

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree (subject immaterial), graduate of the Battle Staff NCO Course, and completion of the Sergeants Major Academy.
• Previous Battalion level or higher echelon Sergeants Major experience.
• Experience as a Brigade or Division-level Sergeants Major and primary staff NCOIC.
