Job Description
- Responsible for administration, management, and configuration of the Accela Automation SaaS platform, including modules like Citizen Access, Mobile Office, and GIS integration.
- Develop and customize applications, forms, workflows, and reports based on business requirements.
- Support integration of Accela with third‑party systems such as GIS, payment gateways, and ERP platforms.
- Provide technical support to both IT teams and end‑users, troubleshooting and documentation.
- Create scripts and code to extend platform capabilities using JavaScript, .NET, and APIs.
- 3-5 years experience in Accela Administration, API integrations, and constructive scripting.
- Strong understanding of application development processes, project management, and system documentation.
- Accela Certification(s) and experience working in government or public‑sector environments.
- Knowledge of configuring and maintaining workflows, reports, and GIS integration.
- Excellent customer service skills in face‑to‑face, telephone, and electronic interactions.
