To support a growing security and compliance program, the full-time remote Security & Compliance Analyst will assist in operating and strengthening the compliance framework, manage SOC 2 audit evidence, and respond to customer inquiries while learning from senior teammates.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound support and help-desk questions, escalating complex issues to senior teammates
- Gather and organize evidence for the annual SOC 2 audit and maintain the evidence repository
- Complete first-draft responses to security questionnaires and triage Data Processing Agreement requests
- Foundational understanding of SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria and familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST
- Comfort with GRC tooling and endpoint/security dashboards (e.g., Crowd Strike)
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to execute well-defined tasks reliably and seek help when needed
- Genuine interest in security, compliance, and building customer trust
