Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) About The Role
We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for healthcare applications. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs — and your clinical data expertise will directly shape how AI understands, interprets, and communicates health information.

- Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows
- Identify inaccuracies, gaps, or inefficiencies in how AI interprets health information
- Provide structured, expert feedback on data quality, clinical accuracy, and system logic
- Assess AI-generated dashboards, reports, and clinical recommendations against real-world standards
- Help improve how AI models handle sensitive healthcare data and decision-support scenarios
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Hands‑on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
- Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
- Ability to evaluate technical and clinical content with precision
- Comfortable working across clinical, operational, and technical contexts
- Detail‑oriented with strong written communication skills
- No prior AI experience required — your healthcare expertise is what matters
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with health data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding
- Background in health informatics, clinical data management, or healthcare IT
- Work on cutting‑edge AI projects with top research labs and AI teams
- Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule
