, is seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology to lead and shape its enterprise IT function.

Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Director of IT will be responsible for developing and executing the technology roadmap, ensuring secure and reliable IT services, and building a high-performing IT team that supports continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for the organization's entire IT function.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, business applications, networking, and end-user support.
  • Drive cybersecurity initiatives, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of all technology systems.
  • Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, software licensing, and IT procurement.
  • Lead technology modernization, infrastructure improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain IT governance, policies, and operational best practices.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations that support future growth.
