Boise, (Onsite)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Onsite Mon–Thu until September, then 100% onsite; limited flexibility for occasional international calls)
Pay:$40-$43/hr
Summary Now hiring a Project Analyst / Business Analyst to support a large, enterprise technology implementation focused on a modern Learning Experience Platform (LXP). This Project Analyst / Business Analyst role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, organized, and confident supporting multiple project work streams—capturing requirements, coordinating testing/UAT, maintaining project documentation, and keeping stakeholders aligned. If your background includes business analysis, project coordination, systems implementation support, and strong documentation skills, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-moving project team in an onsite Boise environment.
Responsibilities- Support project planning, execution, status tracking, and workstream coordination
- Gather, document, and manage business/system requirements (requirements documents, process flows, user stories, SOPs)
- Coordinate testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT): test case support, defect tracking, validation, and retesting
- Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items
- Maintain project documentation, governance materials, operating procedures, and decision logs
- Support reporting, KPI tracking, and data validation efforts
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams (business stakeholders, IT, vendors/implementation partners)
- Support communications, training coordination, change management, and operational readiness activities
- Assist with implementation readiness, integration/testing support, and production go-live preparation
- 2+ years of experience in Project Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Systems Analyst, or enterprise implementation support
- Proven experience with requirements gathering and structured documentation (process mapping, technical writing)
- Hands‑on experience supporting testing/UAT, including test cases and defect tracking workflows
- Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills in cross‑functional environments
- Experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA (or similar) preferred
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods (sprints, demos, requirements lifecycle) preferred
- Experience with learning systems (LMS/LXP), HR technology, or training platform implementations is a plus
- Ability to work onsite in Boise, on the required onsite schedule
