Boise Cascade Company is seeking an IT Software Support Specialist to handle user support, software problem resolution, and testing for the Agility Software package and other Windows-based applications. This role may be based at any BMD location or the Boise, office.
You will develop SOPs, train users (remote/on-site), and document processes while supporting multiple distribution centers and regional offices. Travel is 5%–25% annually, with some after-hours work expected.
