Our client, a leading organization in the Boise, Idaho area, is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join their team. As a Service Desk Technician,you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting technical teams and end-users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$24+
What's the Job?
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide in-person technical support to users
- Collaborate with vendor support contacts to resolve hardware and software issues
- Build and configure new user workstation equipment, including PCs, peripherals, and software
- Troubleshoot network, software, and printing problems to ensure seamless operations
- Assist in defining system standards, performing testing, and maintaining hardware and software products
What's Needed?
- Experience supporting desktop computing equipment and software
- Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting and hardware configuration
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and technical support procedures
