Develop practical and workable digital solutions for internal business and technical teams. Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs to craft solutions that are scalable, adaptable, and work collaboratively with the User Experience and Design, eCommerce, Growth, and Digital Technology Teams. Work closely with business users and technical team, acting as the domain and subject matter expert. Analyze business requirements and process and apply solutions in line with business requirements and needs.
Represent and communicate technical requirements and trade-offs in a business environment to facilitate effective decision making. Build diagrams and workflows to demonstrate steps and describe logical operational steps of the system. Create accurate work estimates and design solutions for execution. Work on complex projects independently and with a team during multiple phases of a project. Act as the subject matter expert who will act as a "consultant" on complex projects/initiatives.
Develop, execute, and improve technical requirements. Monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders. Build relationships and work cross-functionally with teams to get alignment on common business/end-customer/release goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 60 months of relevant experience in solution architecture, including hands-on work with microservices, API integrations, and enterprise eCommerce platforms, working with various of architectural styles (e.g., SOA, event-driven, REST) and secure communication protocols (e.g., SSL, HTTP, TCP/IP).
