Financial Systems Manager; Netsuite

CV Resources is working with a growing company in their search for a Financial Systems Manager to oversee and enhance their financial technology environment. This is a highly visible role that will serve as a bridge between Finance, IT, HR, and external technology partners.

The person in this role will have significant ownership of the company’s Net Suite environment
, financial system integrations, controls, reporting, and technology-related process improvements. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Net Suite professional who enjoys solving business problems through technology and taking ownership of projects from idea through implementation.

In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of the day-to-day administration, configuration, and ongoing development of the company’s Net Suite ERP
  .
• Manage system functionality including workflows, scripts, user access, dashboards, reporting, saved searches, and other Net Suite tools.
• Establish best practices around ERP governance, system documentation, configuration, and overall system integrity.
• Oversee integrations between Net Suite and other key business applications, including HR/payroll, corporate card, and expense platforms.
• Monitor system interfaces and data movement, troubleshoot issues, and establish reliable reconciliation and data validation processes.
• Partner with Finance and HR leaders to understand business needs and turn them into practical technology solutions.
• Manage relationships with software and technology vendors, including support requests, escalations, upgrades, and ongoing service performance.
• Lead initiatives designed to automate processes, eliminate unnecessary manual work, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
• Manage financial systems projects from initial requirements and planning through testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Build and enhance financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics for Finance and IT stakeholders.
• Support Finance operations, including month-end processes, user acceptance testing, system troubleshooting, and other critical workflows.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to system users across the organization.
• Maintain appropriate financial system controls and documentation and partner with audit teams on compliance requirements.
• Assist with other technology and business initiatives as needed.

• 7+ years of hands-on Net Suite administration experience
  , including experience with implementations and major system enhancements.
• Strong understanding of financial systems controls, including user access, change controls, audit requirements, and SOX environments.
• Experience connecting Net Suite with HR/payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, BambooHR
  , or similar platforms.
• Experience with corporate card and expense technology such as Ramp, Concur, Expensify
  , or comparable solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial data integrations, system interfaces, reconciliation, and data migration.
• Experience working directly with third-party software vendors and managing technical support relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technology projects and keep initiatives moving from planning through completion.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or higher, is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work comfortably with both technical teams and Finance/business users.
• Technical experience with Suite Script, Suite Analytics, CSV imports, and data migration

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
