We're looking for an AI Content Designer who understands internet culture, AI trends, storytelling, and how to create ad creatives that stop the scroll, hold attention, and convert
- across paid social.

You will play a key role in shaping how Mindly acquires users through performance creative across paid social channels. This is more than just design execution - it's about understanding users, translating insights into scroll-stopping ad concepts, and close collaboration with the Performance team.

• Create short-form and long-form AI-generated performance creatives (video and static) for Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube and other paid social channels, on the topic of mental health and wellbeing
• Generate content hypotheses and rapidly test ideas
• Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data, not guesses
• Research competitor ads, trending ad formats, native/UGC-style creatives, and platform-specific best practices for paid social
• Collaborate closely with the Growth/Performance Marketing team on briefs, test plans, and iteration cycles
• Experiment constantly with hooks, storytelling formats, editing styles, and ad concepts to fight creative fatigue
• Stay up to date with the latest AI image and video generation tools, and use them daily to produce ad variations at scale

• Experience creating AI-generated content specifically for performance/paid campaigns on Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube (portfolio with actual ad creatives, not just organic content, is a big plus)
• Creative storytelling adapted for short attention spans and conversion-focused hooks
• Strong understanding of viral mechanics, internet culture, and what makes an ad feel native rather than "an ad"
• Ability to identify trends early and adapt them creatively
• Confident use of AI tools for content creation (image and video)
• Confident use of AI tools for image and video generation
• Comfort reading basic ad performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, thumb-stop rate) and working off data from ad platforms will be a huge plus

Remote-first , but ideally, you should be in the CET or EET time zone
