Key Responsibilities Proactively handle allocated claims, including assessment of losses and negotiation for timely settlements Manage mid to large complex and disputed claims while acting as the main contact for assigned cedent claims Conduct analysis of reinsurance contracts and provide technical assistance in due diligence for new acquisitions
Required Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years of experience handling complex assumed claims Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience required High level of claims handling technical experience and knowledge Understanding of key terms and conditions in contracts/policies
Experience with asbestos, pollution, and/or abuse claims is highly desirable
