Position Summary: We are seeking experienced attorneys to join a high-impact project team focused on product liability class action and mass tort litigation. This is a substantive legal role—not an eDiscovery or document review position. Attorneys in this role will play a critical part in managing complex legal matters and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Must be comfortable being on the phone for large portions of the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret claim documents with precision and legal insight.
• Draft comprehensive and accurate responses to complex written inquiries from claimants and their counsel.
• Handle sophisticated telephone inquiries from claimants and legal representatives with professionalism and clarity.
• Collaborate closely with project directors, managers, coordinators, and other team members to ensure consistent quality and alignment with project goals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service, demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and work quality.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Prior litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with class action and/or mass tort matters is a strong plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Pay Range: $30-32 per hour

Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
