Biomark is a worldwide supplier of electronic identification and related monitoring systems to the fish and wildlife conservation communities and aquaculture industry. Biomark is an Aquaculture portfolio of digital products within our company's Animal Health. Our Manufacturing Operations teams are the people that make our products. We work in the manufacturing plants with a “Safety First, Quality Always” mindset striving for continuous improvement.
We work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
- Shipping and receiving of finished and raw goods.
- Boxing of daily shipments.
- Accurately enter customers contact information into Fed Ex, DHL, and UPS shipping interfaces.
- Pull and process domestic and international shipments, including freight shipments.
- Uploading of daily packing slips
- Arranging the crating international shipments.
- Build domestic crates.
- Arrange, coordinate, and monitor the import and exporting of freight.
- Communicate with vendors the arrangement and transport of goods.
- Reservating, Un reserving and serial number lookup in ERP.
- Pull product for Fabrication and Electronics.
- Obtain shipping quotes for Sales and Project Managers.
- Accurately count inventory and address inventory discrepancies.
- Report inventory shortages to leadership.
- Accurately maintain HTS code documentation.
- Safety coordinator
- High school diploma / GED required.
- Degree in Supply Chain preferred.
- Working experience in the following:
Shipping and receiving. - International and domestic importing and exporting.
- Utilization of DHL, UPS, and Fed Ex shipping platforms.
- Knowledge of freight, including LTL and FTL container shipments.
- Knowledge of air and ocean import and exports.
- ERP or SAP experience.
- Microsoft Office.
- Packing and crating requirements.
- Knowledge of HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) codes.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in snow, ice, rain, heat and cold.
- Ability to work on their feet and/or sit at a computer for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

The salary range for this role is: $44,700 - $70,500. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
