OSM MATERIALS COORDINATOR
The OSM Materials Coordinator will be part of the Procurement department's Supply Chain team and will support the expediting, tracking, and traceability of Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM) materials. This role will partner with vendors, integrators, and project teams to coordinate shipments and maintain material visibility. Responsibilities include issuing shipping release notices, verifying material receipts, maintaining tracking dashboards, and ensuring OSM materials are properly tracked, documented, and delivered to site.
This position will be fully at the project site in Boise, Idaho.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
Job Duties:
- Work within the Procurement department's Supply Chain team to support the expediting, tracking, and traceability of OSM materials at the Boise, .
- Provide cross-team support for the OSM group including attending workgroup meetings and providing updates as needed.
- Collect all required documentation including packing lists and bill of lading for vendor and integrator shipments. Verify all tag numbers, quantities, and communicate shipment to receiver.
- Issue SRNs (shipping release notices) for OSM materials going to vendors and integrators including sending shipping instructions and QR Barcodes for verified and approved shipments.
- Verify shipments received to integrators or site upon arrival.
- Log/generate shipment information in E1 ERP system and Smartsheet.
- Assist vendors and integrators with Site Sense software related activities including how to use the software for shipping, receiving, and reporting damage.
- Work closely with Site Sense for troubleshooting, improvements, and reports.
- Responsible for OSM Material dashboard to communicate status of shipments and material location.
- Willing to travel as needed.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Standing/Walking/Sitting: workday is combination of standing, walking and sitting.
- Must be able to climb stairs: 5% of day.
- Hands/Arms: constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use.
- Sight: visual acuity in near, mid, and far range vision. Color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, hand/eye coordination.
- Hearing: sufficient to hear conversational levels in person and over the telephone.
- Speech: sufficient to make oneself heard in person, speak in front of groups, and be understood over the telephone.
- Lift/Carry:
Up to 20lbs. Computer/drawings - minimal. - Bending/Twisting: minimal.
- Kneeling/Crouching/Crawling: minimal.
- Constant mental alertness, accuracy, and attention to detail required.
- Must be able to work independently, make decisions, and follow through on all assignments.
- Must use creativity, independent judgment, and organizational and critical thinking skills to determine best method to accomplish desired results.
- Must be able to plan and organize work.
- Must possess strong organizational and computer use skills and have a high level of competency to read/write/speak English, interpret construction related documentation and communicate with coworkers.
