Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Category Leadership Develop and implement global category strategies for assigned capital equipment suppliers and technologies. Partner with internal collaborators to align sourcing activities with business, technology, and capacity roadmaps. Lead supplier segmentation, supplier governance, and executive engagement strategies. Drive long-term supply assurance and capacity planning initiatives.
• Commercial Excellence Lead complex commercial negotiations, including pricing, capacity commitments, efficiency improvements, and technology development agreements. Apply should-cost methodologies, benchmarking, and market intelligence to improve capital efficiency. Deliver measurable Total Delivered Cost Improvement (TDCI) and business value outcomes.
• Supplier Relationship Management Build executive-level relationships with strategic suppliers. Influence supplier roadmaps and capability development to align with Micron requirements. Drive supplier performance improvement in cost, quality, delivery, innovation, and risk management.
• AI-Enabled Procurement & Digital Transformation Employ AI-powered tools, predictive analytics, and automation to boost sourcing efficiency, supplier intelligence, decision quality, and business outcomes. Apply AI-enabled solutions to identify cost optimization opportunities, supply chain risks, market insights, and negotiation strategies. Drive adoption of digital and AI-enabled ways of working that improve team efficiency and reduce non-value-added activities. Apply data analytics, automation, and business intelligence tools to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  
  Partner with collaborators to find opportunities for process simplification, automation, and operational excellence. Serve as a champion for responsible AI adoption and continuous improvement within procurement processes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement, supply chain, category management, capital equipment, engineering, or semiconductor industry experience.
• Proven ability in leading complex negotiations and strategic supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical, financial, and collaborator management skills.
• Ability to influence across organizational and geographical boundaries.

• Semiconductor capital equipment experience.
• Experience supporting Technology Development or advanced node programs.
• Knowledge of supplier cost structures and should-cost methodologies.
• Experience engaging supplier executives and leading global sourcing strategies.
• Strong business insight and executive communication skills.
