• High School Diploma or equivalent (Minimum).
• Associate Degree in Technical Field (Preferred).
• Field Experience (Preferred).
• Instrumentation training (Preferred).
• Calibration and/or Metrology experience (Preferred).
• Safety credentials (Preferred).

• Demonstrates basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Knowledge of instrumentation (Preferred).
• Ability and knowledge of how to use hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
• Strong computer skills and communication.
• Ability to multitask different projects at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work independently and exercise good judgment.
• Self‑motivated and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Punctuality and ownership of responsibility.
• Curiosity and desire to learn.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly with customer needs.
• Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record.
