This is W-2 employment not contract or gig work.

• Professionally clean and reset short-term rental homes between guest stays
• Change and launder linens, remake beds, and restock supplies
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to Host Boise standards
• Perform light deep-cleaning and inventory restocking as needed
• Report damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns
• Manage your time independently to meet check-in deadlines

• Availability between 9 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM is required
• Some days may start earlier or end later depending on workload
• Must be able to work most Sundays (rotational scheduling)
• Typical hours : 1230 hours / week (with opportunity for more)

• Guaranteed minimum pay : $16 / hour for all work
• Cleaning assignments start at $16 / hour with performance bonuses available after week 2
• Most efficient cleaners earn $18 $ 22 / hour within their first month
• Top performers earn up to $26 / hour
• Paid for all required work time, including driving between assigned properties

• Valid drivers license & reliable transportation

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
