Cleaning Specialist​/Crew Member

Job Description

Here at Eagleson Cleaning we are a team based work environment. We strive to complete jobs with all expectations met, and all customers satisfied. We do post‑construction cleaning of the inside of newly built homes and commercial buildings.

• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Restock supplies as needed
• Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Travel from job site to job site daily

• Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay:
From $15.50 per hour
