Director of Operations & Analytics
Location: Boise,
Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 base + bonus & benefits
A growing real estate organization is seeking a Director of Strategic Operations & Analytics to support leadership with portfolio reporting, performance insights, and operational coordination across a multi-state platform. This role is ideal for a data-driven leader who enjoys working cross-functionally, building scalable reporting, and helping teams make better decisions through clear, actionable analytics.
ResponsibilitiesOwn portfolio-level reporting and performance analytics used by senior leadership
Develop and improve dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to support business decisions
Monitor asset performance, identify trends, and flag risks or opportunities
Prepare regular performance updates (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for leadership
Partner with operations, accounting, and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment
Support operational initiatives and track progress on key projects
Provide oversight of analytics, systems, and strategic operations functions
Lead and mentor a small team across analytics and operations-related roles
Help establish priorities, monitor outcomes, and improve processes as the organization scales
Conduct periodic site visits; limited travel required (up to ~20%)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in real estate operations, asset management, analytics, or a related leadership role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools and real estate systems preferred
Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and working across departments
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a growth environment
