Are you ready to lead complex projects and make an impact? We’re looking for a seasoned professional to oversee mechanical and electrical systems—including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, and fire protection—on large-scale construction projects. This role is perfect for a Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving challenges on the fly.

• Lead the way:
  Manage daily operations for multiple trades, including scheduling, logistics, staffing, and quality control.
• Drive collaboration:
  Coordinate across teams to resolve design issues and keep projects moving smoothly.
• Champion safety:
  Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with all codes and standards.
• Mentor talent:
  Guide and develop assistant superintendents, field engineers, and interns.
• Own the schedule:
  Create timelines, implement recovery strategies, and keep projects on budget.
• Be the problem-solver:
  Work closely with owners, architects, and engineers to address field challenges.
• Deliver results:
  Oversee billing, payroll, and subcontractor payments while ensuring installations meet contract requirements.
• Lead the finish line:
  Manage inspections, commissioning, and turnover for all systems.

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years as a superintendent and 6+ years in MEP construction (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and contract documents.
• Expertise in mechanical and electrical systems and BIM coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Leadership skills with flexibility for 50–100% national travel.
