Airport Senior Project Manager Landside - BOI

Lead the BOI Upgrade:

Boise Airport is growing—and we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager - Landside to help lead the charge. This position plays a key role in delivering our Capital Improvement Plan, with a primary focus on the BOI Upgrade program, a multi-year effort to expand and modernize our airport’s landside infrastructure.

You’ll manage complex, high-value construction projects from concept to completion—overseeing discovery, design, documentation, construction, and closeout. You’ll also lead smooth handoffs to our operations and maintenance teams, ensuring long-term success and functionality.

In this role, you’ll:

• Develop and manage construction plans, cost estimates, and project schedules
• Ensure contractor performance and contract compliance
• Guide multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and future-ready facilities

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy position where you’ll apply your expertise in engineering and construction to help transform the traveler experience at BOI—now and into the future.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or related field
• 10 years of experience as a project manager, leading progressively larger and more complex projects, or
• an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
