Key Responsibilities- Partner with the C-suite to translate strategy into execution, driving progress on high-priority initiatives
- Act as a trusted thought partner to executive leadership, taking ownership of high-impact work
- Drive coordination across teams by synthesizing complex work into clear plans and timelines
- Finishing an MBA or 1-2 years post-MBA, or equivalent advanced degree with strong business acumen
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or similar environments
- Experience with in healthcare and understanding of the system
- Demonstrated strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
