We are seeking a full-time Route Supervisor to join our team on-site in Boise,  Route Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily delivery routes, leading and supporting a team of drivers, and ensuring timely and effective customer service. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, training team members, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and monitoring route efficiency and budget compliance. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth functioning.

• Strong supervisory skills, including the ability to lead, manage, and support a team effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships
• Experience in training and mentoring team members for professional growth and development
• Proficiency in budgeting and cost management to ensure operational efficiency
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience with route planning software or logistics systems is a plus
• Familiarity with distribution or DSD industries is highly beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training related to logistics, management, or business is a plus
