Position Overview
As the FE Global Planning Scenario and Capital Senior Manager, you will lead a team responsible for capacity analysis, capital planning, and strategic scenario development. You will partner with cross‑functional team members to support business planning, improve processes, and deliver actionable insights. This role has a direct impact on capital strategy, fab planning, and overall business performance.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team responsible for global planning scenarios, capital analysis, and capacity modeling
- Deliver capacity analysis to support long‑term planning, S&OP scenarios, and business decision‑making
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (manufacturing, procurement, finance, and strategy) to align on planning priorities and outcomes
- Improve planning processes, including business planning cycles and scenario modeling workflows
- Analyze capital budgets and savings initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to team members
- Support greenfield planning, new node introduction standards, and long‑term fab strategy development
- Ensure data accuracy and use insights to drive informed, data‑based decisions
- Communicate priorities, project updates, and recommendations clearly to collaborators at multiple levels
- Foster a positive, inclusive team environment while supporting employee development and performance growth
- 6+ Years experience in Global Front‑End Planning and strategic planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in semiconductor planning, capacity analysis, or related areas
- Experience leading cross‑functional projects and translating complex problems into structured solutions
- Strong analytical skills with experience in business, process, or capacity analysis
- Proven track record of collaborating across technical and non‑technical teams to drive alignment and results
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Experience leading teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Solid understanding of front‑end semiconductor manufacturing processes and planning systems
- Experience managing capital planning, budgeting, or large‑scale critical initiatives
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leaders
