Groundswell Fund is seeking a Chief Development Director to lead fundraising efforts, manage donor relationships, and guide the Funder Organizing Department. This top leadership position is key in raising approximately $16M annually through individual and foundation giving.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale fundraising, with at least five years of managerial experience, and will work closely with the Executive Director to promote social justice initiatives.
Annual salary is $125,000 plus generous benefits including health insurance and a 401K plan.
