Position Overview

The Project Manager provides strategic leadership and full lifecycle management of large-scale semiconductor projects or programs. This role is responsible for driving execution from pre-construction through commissioning and operational handover, ensuring alignment with client objectives for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and operational readiness.

This leader operates at a program level, coordinating cross-functional teams including design, construction, quality, commissioning, procurement, and client stakeholders. The position emphasizes delivery of highly complex, mission-critical environments with strict requirements for uptime, reliability, speed to market, and system performance.

Years of Experience

10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership of large-scale or mission-critical construction projects, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing, mission-critical facilities, or advanced technology infrastructure.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading large, complex construction projects or programs, with hyperscale data center or mission-critical facility experience strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of project management across all phases, including pre-construction, design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, low voltage, controls, and critical facility infrastructure systems
  • Experience managing budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and change management on large-scale projects
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Procore, E-Builder, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project
  • Working knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks for coordination and constructability oversight
  • Strong understanding of contract structures, risk management, and commercial strategies
  • Experience coordinating off-site manufacturing, modular construction, and prefabrication strategies is strongly preferred
  • Ability to interpret design documents, specifications, and construction requirements at a program level
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication, client management, and executive reporting skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-stakes, schedule-driven environments
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead overall project or program execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives for safety, quality, cost, schedule, and operational readiness
  • Develop and implement project execution strategies, including contracting, procurement, phasing, logistics, and delivery approaches
  • Provide leadership during pre-construction, including budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews, and risk identification
  • Oversee project schedules and critical path activities, ensuring coordination across design, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning
  • Manage project financial performance, including budget tracking, forecasting, cost control, and change order management
  • Coordinate closely with quality, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure systems meet design intent and operational performance requirements
  • Drive integration of off-site manufacturing, modularization, and prefabrication strategies into project delivery
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, implementing proactive solutions to protect project outcomes
  • Lead client engagement, serving as the primary point of contact for project performance, reporting, issue resolution, and escalation management
  • Ensure readiness for commissioning, startup, and turnover, including alignment of documentation, testing, training, and system verification
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting structures for leadership and clients
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing project teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

$200,000 - $250,000
