We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to support entertainment content operations, project delivery, and the development of AI powered production workflows.

This team supports the successful launch and discovery of entertainment content, with a focus on programming, content integration, technical enablement, and the end to end user experience. AI driven workflows and automation are central to the team's operations, helping accelerate production timelines, reduce manual processes, and scale quality across active projects.

The Production Manager will maintain project management portals that surface project updates from internal cloud management systems while coordinating multiple work streams across content producers, developers, and cross functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project work streams across content producers, developers, and cross functional partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables, dependencies, and timelines
  • Partner with platform and developer teams on feature enhancements and site improvements
  • Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation across active projects
  • Monitor project sites for performance and data accuracy and flag issues to key stakeholders
  • Use approved AI tools for vibe coding to update project management portals and build features supporting project information, milestone tracking, and status reporting
  • Use AI development tools such as Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini, or similar platforms to accelerate production workflows and reduce manual processes
  • Build and maintain automation workflows connecting project sites with internal content management systems for real time project tracking and reporting
  • Rapidly prototype and integrate AI capabilities into daily operations
  • Support onboarding of teams to new product requirements, tools, and site workflows

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, entertainment development, production, or a related field
  • Experience coordinating complex project work streams, including deliverables, timelines, and cross functional dependencies
  • Familiarity with AI tools used for vibe coding, such as Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini, or equivalent tools
  • Experience using and updating cloud management systems
  • Familiarity with project management systems and their connection to production tooling
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams
  • Resourceful problem solver who can operate effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience working across cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with in the entertainment industry
  • Experience supporting production studios or streaming services
  • Design experience for platforms or applications
  • Experience tracking platform bugs, submitting fixes via diffs, and coordinating with development teams
  • Experience assessing system stability and performance metrics
  • Experience documenting ongoing project activity and delivery status
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience coordinating multi track project work streams with external developers

You’ll be a strong fit for this role if you bring a combination of project management, technical operations, and hands on experience with AI enabled workflows. You’re comfortable managing multiple projects and cross functional work streams while using emerging AI tools to automate processes, improve project visibility, streamline workflows, and support successful production delivery.
