Primary PurposeThe Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing small to medium-scale construction and business initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion. This role collaborates cross-functionally with various business units, and external partners to drive project execution, optimize resource allocation, and maintain alignment with company objectives. The Project Manager also supports key organizational initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and business transformation efforts, by ensuring seamless project planning and implementation.
EssentialFunctions Project Leadership & Execution
- Define and manage project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Implement project management processes and best practices to drive efficiency and success.
- Oversee risk assessment and mitigation planning to proactively address potential challenges.
- Maintain project governance, ensuring timely updates, reporting, and alignment with stakeholders.
- Act as a primary liaison between project teams, business leadership, and external vendors.
- Coordinate both technical and non-technical resources, ensuring optimal utilization and performance.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party consultants to support project execution.
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction and business integration efforts.
- Support data migration, system transitions, and process alignment.
- Develop and maintain key governance documents, such as Initiative Status Reports and Communication Plans.
- Ensure adherence to standardized project management methodologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications Education Min/Preferred Education Level DescriptionMinimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology,, or related field; or a combination of relevant experience and education.

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in developing and managing governance documents, including initiative status reports and communication plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
- Experience in the development and management of key project governance documents, such as but not limited to the Initiative Status Report, and Communications Plans.
