Operations Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will oversee energy efficiency program delivery with a strong focus on public-sector initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and operational execution. The Program Manager will help align goals, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement to support effective program outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, state agencies, and community partners to strengthen program performance and expand access to resource-supported initiatives.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Responsibilities- Develop and manage energy efficiency programs
- Provide expertise in public sector energy project procurement
- Collaborate on program goals, timelines, and budgets
- Foster an inclusive work environment that encourages innovation
- Maintain standard operating procedures and continuous improvement processes
- Guide and support program staff and interns in initiatives
- Engage stakeholders for collaboration on funding and resources
- 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in energy or consulting sectors
- Preferred master's degree in a related field
- Experience with resource acquisition, market support, or equity programs for California energy efficiency administrators
- Knowledge of California energy networks and utilities as program administrators
- Understanding of energy efficiency regulations and policies across multiple governance levels
- Experience in California government procurement processes and compliance principles
- Demonstrated capability in managing and reporting program budgets
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and interpretation
