Maximus is currently hiring for Cancellation Specialists to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team in a remote opportunity. The Cancellation Specialist is responsible for reviewing case information to determine cancellation eligibility, researching missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments, processing eligible cancellations for submission to the VA, and maintaining thorough and accurate case documentation. This role works closely with other Cancellation Specialists and management to ensure cancellations are processed in a timely manner and assists with rescheduling efforts as needed.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing accurate and timely support to veterans and providers.
Due to contract requirements, only U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders can be considered for this opportunity.
