The Role at a Glance:- Title: Associate Program Manager
- Reports to: Lead, Program Manager
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
- Location: Remote (U.S. business hours), travel required (35%+)
Client & Program Management
- Develop and maintain client relationships by building trust and delivering a high level of customer service.
- Oversee and manage all program elements, including site visits, hotel sourcing, room blocks, creative, production, travel, onsite management, vendor partnerships, and staffing.
- Ensure operational processes and procedures are followed and meet or exceed program deadlines.
- Use expertise to craft solutions, assist with, and recommend attendee experience technology on assigned programs.
- Provide ongoing, clear direction and communication to clients and all team members, including vendor partners.
- Develop and manage program budgets and meet client budget requirements.
- Maintain cost savings and avoidance data to maximize program value.
- Deliver final reconciliations within client timelines.
- Provide post-program evaluation feedback and thorough trip reports.
Skills:
Required
- Ability to build and/or manage a program budget.
- Client relationship building and management skills.
- Strong listening, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to assess feedback and needs and recommend solutions.

- Willingness to travel 35% or more for site visits and onsite program execution.
