A director-level opportunity that blends senior people management with strategic client leadership for a creative delivery function. The role oversees complex programs spanning research, strategy, design, development, and deployment of digital products and integrated campaigns for major clients. The position calls for someone equally comfortable shaping big-picture strategy and maintaining disciplined execution across multiple concurrent work streams.

• Define, manage, and execute creative projects and programs that align with client business objectives, expectations, and profitability targets
• Establish the operating model, communication cadence, and tooling used across the program to ensure successful delivery
• Directly manage and develop a team of project managers, providing ongoing mentorship, career development, and performance guidance
• Lead the development and rollout of standardized creative processes and tools across the delivery team
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring clear and consistent project communication
• Manage timelines, budgets, scope, and risks across complex multi-project programs, while contributing to business development through scoping and resourcing input

• 10+ years of project management experience in an advertising, creative agency, production studio, or related environment
• 5+ years of program management experience
• 7+ years managing internal teams and direct reports, with a focus on performance and career growth
• Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, video, digital, social, and integrated campaigns
• Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows or content production tools
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels

• Remote position open to candidates based on the US West Coast (PST time zone)

• Anticipated salary range of approximately $138,400–$160,000 USD, based on a 40-hour workweek and relevant experience
