Regional Operations Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Regional Operations Manager to lead operations for their George territory. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and managing resources effectively across multiple sites. You will be responsible for the P&L of the region, implementing best practices, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership acumen and a deep understanding of operational dynamics within a diverse geographical area.

• Lead and direct all operational activities within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and P&L, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize regional performance and market presence.
• Oversee the implementation of standardized operational procedures and quality controls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, clients, and suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in operations management, with a significant portion in a regional leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs across multiple locations.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with supply chain management and logistics is a plus.
