About the Role:

As Chief of Staff / Operations Lead, you will serve as a high-functioning strategic force multiplier for our client, directly driving operational scale and portfolio expansion. In this role, you will lead cross-functional execution by optimizing P&Ls for our client's established multi-location luxury services brand while simultaneously sourcing, underwriting, and coordinating real estate and business acquisition deal flows. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sharp, operator-first leader to exercise direct authority, manage diverse assets, and influence key financial and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multi-unit retail operations, setting clear direction for managers and optimizing P&Ls to drive top-line revenue.
  • Lead operational pipelines for business expansion, including market research, location scouting, and coordinating with real estate brokers.
  • Systematize and pre-screen potential real estate deals and small business acquisition leads across primary sourcing platforms.
  • Perform preliminary financial modeling, cash flow analyses, and deal underwriting for potential physical and business investments.
  • Establish operational procedures to maintain regulatory compliance, marketing alignment, and vendor management across physical locations.
  • Direct logistics and operational coordination across existing long-term and short-term residential real estate properties.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational leadership, business operations, strategic consulting, or multi-unit management (Required).
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with proven experience analyzing P&Ls and modeling unit economics (Required).
  • Native or professional fluency in written and spoken English (Required).
  • Fluency in Spanish (Preferred).
  • Direct experience with real estate underwriting, deal sourcing, or tax-advantaged acquisition strategies (Preferred).
  • Background in scaling multi-unit retail, wellness, or service-based brick-and-mortar brands (Preferred).
