For our client, we are seeking a Director, Registrar Operations to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non‑Profit space.
This leader will guide the day‑to‑day operations of the Registrar function with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and service delivery in a higher education environment. The role will partner closely with Associate Directors to strengthen team performance, improve operational consistency, and support a technology‑driven academic enterprise. This position will also play a key part in building a high‑performing team through coaching, hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Responsibilities- Lead daily operations and provide guidance to Associate Directors
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and training within the Registrar's Office
- Support and develop Associate Directors through coaching and performance management
- Oversee execution of core registrar functions, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Generate and analyze performance reports to drive departmental improvements
- Bachelor's degree required;
Master's preferred - 7+ years of higher education experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience required
- 3+ years of experience in a Registrar's office preferred
- Experience in a technology-driven enterprise is a plus
