Position Summary
The Senior Program Manager, IO&T owns the delivery of installation, outfitting and transition (IO&T) programs across Bodwé’s federal healthcare and facilities portfolio. This is an ownership role, not a support role: the incumbent is accountable for program performance, client outcomes, staffing execution and the development of the project managers and specialists assigned to the portfolio.
In addition to program ownership, the Senior Program Manager carries the capture pen for Defense Health Agency (DHA) and related federal health pursuits— approximately 20–30% of the role — partnering with the Growth team on opportunity identification, capture planning, teaming and proposal development in the markets they know best.
