Director of Product Management

Lil Snack brings bite-sized play to the world's biggest products — Netflix, Amazon, Peacock and more. We're a small, fully remote team of repeat founders and alumni from Scopely, Snap, Supercell, Hulu, HBO and Buzz Feed. We're profitable, backed by a16z, Lerer Hippeau, Hasbro and Waverley Capital.

We're looking for a Director of Product Management to own our projects end to end : the roadmap across the full portfolio, how each title comes together, how integration works with our partners, and the shared features that run across every game we ship.

This is a player-coach role . You'll lead a small team doing big things while staying hands-on yourself: running multiple projects at once, writing the specs, and holding your own in a room with a partner's product team. You'll report directly to our Chief Product Officer and work closely with our founders, game developers and partnerships team.

• Run multiple game projects at once, from partner deal terms through launch and iteration
• Build the system behind our partnerships: templates, standards, and process, so each new project doesn't start from zero
• Own product documentation across the portfolio — project overviews, integration specs, partner milestone deliverables, and the meta features shared across titles
• Work hand in hand with game design — shaping concepts, pressure-testing mechanics, and making sure the right docs exist at the right time
• Be the frontline for project management across the slate, working closely with our production team on staffing, resourcing, and milestones
• Present and advocate for specs, roadmaps, and product decisions directly to partner product and engineering counterparts
• Translate deal terms and partner requirements into buildable specs for design and engineering
• Hold the product bar on flows, states, edge cases, onboarding, and first-time experience
• Manage and grow a small product and production team

• 8+ years in product management, including shipping games or interactive products in partnership with large external companies
• Real instinct for casual, party, or couch co-op games; enough to know when one isn't working and say why
• Experience with certification, partner approval, or similar external review processes — you know what documentation discipline looks like because you've worked without it
• A track record of writing clear, actionable specs yourself, recently enough that it's still muscle memory
• Comfortable working directly with product and engineering counterparts at large partners — you can hold a position without escalating
• Experience building reusable systems — templates, standards, process — not just one-off deliverables
• Experience managing a small product or production team

• Experience with licensed IP and licensor approval processes
• Background in cloud-streamed, TV, or cross-device experiences
• Experience leading game development teams
• Hands-on prototyping or technical fluency
