Aboutthe Role
Futura Title & Escrow is seeking a Corporate Escrow Services Manager, VP to lead the compliance framework and training program for our escrow services function. In this senior leadership role, you'll set escrow policy and procedure, lead enterprise-wide escrow training, and direct the audit and risk work that keeps our escrow practice compliant and ahead of regulatory change. You'll partner closely with division leadership, Legal, and Risk Management, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Build and own the compliance framework for escrow services, aligned with industry regulations and company policy
- Lead the design and delivery of training for escrow professionals, including curricula and assessments
- Stay current on laws affecting escrow and translate them into clear operational requirements
- Direct the policies and procedures that keep escrow practice in full regulatory compliance
- Identify compliance risks and put proactive mitigation strategies in place
- Partner with division leadership, Legal, and Risk Management on compliance challenges, and advise senior leadership
- Oversee internal compliance audits, drive improvements from findings, and report status to senior management
- Serve as the liaison with regulatory authorities
- Lead and mentor the compliance and training teams
- 8+ years of progressive experience in the title and escrow industry, with demonstrated depth in escrow
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
- In-depth knowledge of the laws, regulations, and industry standards governing escrow services
- Experience using technology to meet operational, compliance, and training goals
- Strong project management, process development, and strategic decision-making skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with excellent communication and influence at all levels
- Proficiency with compliance management tools and Microsoft Office
- Valid state driver's license and proof of insurance
- Professional corporate office environment
- Periodic travel to branch locations for audits, training delivery, and operational support
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, move between worksites, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
The salary range for this position is $127,589-$150,000/year, based on the Boise, t. Placement within the range depends on experience, skills, and qualifications, and pay may be adjusted for candidates outside the Boise area.
