Gryphon Oakwood are currently retained by a leading specialty contractor in the Pacific Northwest to identify a Senior Project Executive to lead their Mega Projects division in Idaho
.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Wet/Dry Mechanical Project Executive with a strong background delivering complex projects across High-Tech, Advanced Manufacturing, Data Centers, Semiconductor, or similarly technical environments
.
The successful candidate will provide executive oversight across major projects, leading project teams, client relationships, commercial performance, and overall delivery while helping drive the continued growth of the Idaho Mega Projects division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee major wet/dry mechanical projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Provide executive leadership to Project Managers, Project Executives, and project teams.
- Maintain senior-level client and stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, margins, and commercial strategy.
- Drive project execution, productivity, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
- Support business development and the continued growth of the Mega Projects division.
- Collaborate closely with estimating, preconstruction, engineering, BIM/VDC, and operations teams.
- Develop and mentor high-performing project teams.
Ideal Background:
- Senior Project Executive / Project Director / Operations leadership experience within mechanical construction.
- Strong Wet and Dry Mechanical background.
- Experience with in High-Tech, Advanced Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Data Center, Life Science, or similarly complex facilities
. - Strong commercial and financial understanding, including project P&L and forecasting.
- Established ability to lead large teams and complex project portfolios.
- Strong client-facing and leadership capabilities.
