• Primary schedule will be 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; however, the schedule may vary depending on operational needs and project work. This is a salaried leadership position supporting team members across multiple shifts, so occasional schedule flexibility and overlap with off-shift staff will be expected.
• Boise work location

• Provide day-to-day oversight of the building maintenance staff.
• Provide leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff. Select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff. Works with staff to promote resolution of conflict and counsels staff when standards are not met.
• Assist with coordination of schedule to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Identify problems and potential solutions to ensure department efficiency.
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate department supplies.
• Oversees the department’s safety and quality standards for staff to include regulatory compliance.
• Accountable for efficiency, productivity, quality and may assist with the financial performance.
• May oversee work of contractors or subcontractors.
• Makes recommendations and assists with developing policies and procedures for the department.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  5 years related experience
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Valid Driver's License

This role is subject to St. Luke's driving policy, which requires individuals in this role to not have a record of certain driving-related offenses within the past three (3) years, including but not limited to:
Suspension of License , Driving Under the Influence, Reckless or Negligent Driving...

If hired, St. Luke's will conduct a driving records check upon hire and continuously thereafter for individuals hired into this role. Individuals will be required to maintain a valid, current driver's license.
