Maintenance Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team for a long-term position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, with expertise in repairing and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, and hydraulic machinery. Experience with CNC machinery is highly preferred, as you will be expected to handle CNC maintenance and repairs, which are currently outsourced.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance on machine motors, pneumatic cylinders, CNC, and manual production machines.
- Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, and manufacturer's instructions for troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Control downtime by educating production workers on routine preventive maintenance techniques and monitoring compliance.
- Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
- Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock levels and expediting orders as necessary.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Operate CNC machines or assist with Health and Safety when not performing maintenance duties.
- Be willing to assist in other departments as needed, as you will be the sole mechanic.
- High level of knowledge in electrical and pneumatic components.
- Experience in machining to fabricate repair parts.
- Relevant experience with industrial machine shop machinery (minimum 2-3 years):
Haas CNC, Grinders, Manual Mills, Lathes.
Skills & Qualifications
- An appropriate degree from a Technical school is a plus.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $45.00/hr.
