We are seeking an experienced Aggregate Equipment Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of crushing, screening, washing, and conveying equipment used in quarries, mining, recycling, and aggregate production environments. This position supports both shop and field service and requires strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.

The ideal technician will have experience working on some or all of the following:
Crushers- Jaw Crushers (toggle, hydraulic jaw, track-mounted)
- Cone Crushers (standard, high-speed, HP series, CH series)
- Impact Crushers (HSI – horizontal shaft, VSI – vertical shaft)
- Hammer mills
- Scalpers

- Horizontal Screens

- Stackers (radial, tracked, telescopic)

- Feeders (vibratory, belt, surge bins)
- Wash Plants (mobile & stationary)

- Slurry Pumps
- Diesel engines
- Hydraulic power units
- Onboard gensets
- Electric motor-driven plants
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain crushing, screening, washing, and conveying equipment in both field and shop settings.
- Perform hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting on mobile and stationary units.
- Conduct rebuilds on key components (cone head assemblies, jaw dies, screen decks, gearboxes, bearings, pumps).
- Replace wear components including blow bars, jaw plates, cone liners, screen media, and conveyor belting.
- Calibrate, align, and test equipment after service to ensure proper production performance.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, work orders, and parts usage reports.
- Assist customers with startup, commissioning, and operational best practices.
- Provide equipment inspections and recommend preventative maintenance.
- Travel to customer job sites, quarries, recycling yards, and mining operations as required.
- 3+ years of experience as an Aggregate Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, or Industrial Maintenance Tech.
- Strong knowledge of crushers, screens, conveyors, hydraulics, and electrical systems
. - Ability to read schematics (hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic).
- Familiarity with CAT, Cummins, Deere, and/or Volvo engines (a plus).
- Welding and fabrication skills preferred.
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in quarry or industrial environments.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus.
- Willingness to travel to job sites (company truck provided for field techs).
