Boise,

• 1st Shift: 5:30am – 3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 1:30pm – 10:00pm

• Day Shift: $17.00/hour
• Swing Shift: $17.00/hour + 10% shift differential

• Operate and maintain spray guns and coating equipment
• Prep parts and ensure they are ready for coating
• Clean booths between product runs to prevent contamination
• Apply coatings to meet precise industry and customer standards
• Monitor ovens and ensure proper curing times
• Inspect products before and after coating for quality and consistency
• Maintain consistent coating thickness across a variety of parts

• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (with equipment available for heavier items)
• Comfortable using hand tools, including razor blades
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Physically capable of bending, reaching, and lifting as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear a full‑face respirator
• Good visual acuity, including color recognition, depth perception, and focus
