Day to day as a LaborerAs a Laborer at Challenger Pallet & Supply, Inc., your day‑to‑day responsibilities will revolve around supporting the production process. You'll start your shift by reviewing daily goals and safety protocols with your team. Expect to operate basic machinery and tools, assist in assembling pallets, and manage materials efficiently.
Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met. You'll collaborate closely with team members, learning the ropes while contributing to the workflow. This is a Day‑Shift position with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday.
Additionally, you may participate in inventory checks and assist in loading and unloading shipments. Flexibility and a proactive attitude will be key as tasks may vary throughout the day to meet production demands.
